Refund policy

All sales are final

Kardhini does not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Every piece is free size and adjusts to fit any waist from 28 to 38 inches (71 to 97 cm), so please check the size range and the product details before you order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect

If the piece you receive is damaged in transit or is not the piece you ordered, email us at support@kardhini.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the piece and its box, and an unboxing video. Once we have checked the details we will send you a replacement of the same piece at no cost. If that piece is no longer available, we will refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Because orders are processed the same day, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. If you need to cancel, write to us at support@kardhini.com as soon as possible; if the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refund timelines

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it in your account.
