Shipping policy

Kardhini dispatches every order from our fulfilment location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to addresses across India. Our registered office is in New Delhi.

Shipping charges

Shipping is complimentary and insured on every order within India. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout for delivery.

Processing

We process orders the same day. Orders placed before 7:00 pm IST are packed and handed to our courier partner that day; orders placed after 7:00 pm IST are processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered the next day. Every order is delivered within a maximum of 3 days of processing. Delivery to some remote pin codes can depend on courier serviceability, and we will let you know if your address is affected.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your order from My Account.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been handed to the courier. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
